Accommodation, Full Moon Party, Koh Phangan, Thailand?

Hi guys,

I am looking at attending the Full Moon Party at Koh Phangan on the 04 October 09.

I arrive on the 01 Oct 09 and plan on staying for 3 - 5 nights. Then heading to the mainland.

My first question is, "Where is the best accommodation on the Island between $80 - $150 AUD". Somewhere close to the action but far enough away to get a little sleep when needed.

And, Second question is, "Can you travel from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan for the Full Moon Parties, and where would you recommend for around $80 - $150 AUD Per night.

sleep? thats for woosies…..and day time…..stay in Hat Rin for the party.You can travel from samui to phaghan easily but I wouldn't commute for the party daily…..your'e such a comedian….sleep? whoever heard of such a thing? ENJOY http://www.kohsamui.org/party

Im going to the same one!! That budget for accomdation is massive. You can stay on Koh Samui and get a speed boat to the party and back however the last boast is about 3am and the party doesnt stop then.

You should stay in Sea Breeze in Koh Phangan- good prices, great staff.
